LUNDIN MAGAZINE ARTICLES
John W. Lundin has published articles in a number of magazines and journals since 2018. His articles have appeared in 425, The Eastside’ Magazine; Nordic Kultur published by the National Nordic Museum; Far West Ski Association’s 90th Anniversary publication (“Washington Ski History” and “A Short History of the Sun Valley Ski Resort”); Idaho Magazine; Viking Magazine; Kittitas County Living; Seattle Met Magazine; Skiing History; and Sun Valley Magazine.
He is a regular contributor to Skiing History magazine published by the International Ski History Magazine, and Sun Valley Magazine. His essays on Wood River Valley history appear regularly in Eye on Sun Valley, a major news source for the Wood River Valley, that has broadcast a series of TV shows he has done on history topics. John has written a book review for the Norwegian-American Studies Department at the University of Minnesota, and his essays on Washington skiing history appear on the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust Website, Historylink.org (the on-line encyclopedia of Washington History) and the Central Washington University’s website for local authors. His essays on the history of Sun Valley and the Wood River Valley can be found in the Center for Regional History at The Community Library in Kethchum, Idaho.
